Anyone recommend a car and driver for a day?

Coming to Sosua mid april (9-16) and I would like to make a daytrip to cigar country to tour/check out some of the factories and enjoy the countryside. Can anyone suggest the best way to go about this? I don't speak spanish beyond 'hola' and 'gracias' (wish I did) so english is a must. Looking to get to both Tamboril and Santiago. Recommendations? Any members up for this kind of thing?:D Of course gas and meals would be taken care of if I can find someone that knows the area and the lingo. Can anyone recommend a tour company that hires out car/drivers for day trips?
