Notwithstanding previous controversies, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ijaz Butt has appointed his 'close friend' Yawar Saeed as the manager of the national squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Championship, which would be held in the Caribbean from April 30 to May 16.
