Should we shorten the message limit?

Should we shorten the message limit from 10 to 8, or even lower.

8 characters will allow someone to say.

I think there should be no lower limit to posts’ length, after all if someone wants to post a short answer they will post a short answer – whether that short answer has 2, 5 or 10 characters makes no difference at all.
