Have announced that they are opening a new resort and club in Cabarete, with a soft opening planned for June.

I believe the beach club will be in between O'Shea's and Bambu Bar.

Had never heard of them before but according to their website www.nikkibeach.com (http://www.nikkibeach.com) they host the sexiest parties on the planet!!!!

Not sure how this will play in the DR. Price point kinda of high. Gotta couple of partners who hang at Nikki Beach in St Barths. They're well off so it dosen't phase them. Not sure if the average tourist will want spend those kind of pesos. It would be interesting to see how this turns out.

Yes, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. For what I can see, this venue would be better suited for the south...may be Punta Cana. It looks to be family and couples oriented and Cabarete does get some of that. Still, it will be interesting to see if they pull it off.

Not sure about that. They present themselves as the "Aspen" of the beach scene. High-end, hot n' sexy.
