Catrain campaigns on bicycle

Lawyer Pedro Catrain was on the campaign trail yesterday for a seat in Congress - on bicycle. He aspires to represent the National District. He is running for the Partido Dominicanos por el Cambio in Santo Domingo. He said he would promote the use of bicycles and is carrying out a campaign without noise, pollution or traffic jams. He said today campaigns are about lots of noise and few proposals. He added that if elected, he would like to contribute to making Santo Domingo a more livable city.
