A 17-year-old suspect of having murdered a 12-year-old girl in Queens, New York, last Friday, never got off the plane he took to travel to Santiago trying to flee from the justice system in the US. The girl, Ginesis Regalado, received two gunshots when she was playing with friends on 99th Street in Corona, Queens. She died in the emergency room of Elmhurst Hospital . Police Department Spokesman Sergeant Steven Rodriguez identified the suspect at Jeffrey Matista, resident at 60-15 Cartoway Street in Queens. Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) agents had reported to Dominican authorities, that Matista was on the plane.
