The president of the Dominican Petroleum Refinery (REFIDOMSA), Eduardo Rodriguez, passed away yesterday in a hospital in Houston , Texas of a stroke. The Presidential Technical Minister, Temistocles Montes, informed that Finance Minister Vicente Bengoa Albizu would provisionally replace Rodriguez until his successor is appointed.
