Environment Ministry technicians validated the incineration test done on the rock-ash last Friday at the CEMEX plant in San Pedro de Macor's. According to the report, the process of final disposal of the rock-ash complies with all safety standards in all its stages. The ministry has determined that if the weather conditions are appropriate for the transportation of the material, all the rock-ash in Samana could be disposed of in no more than 45 days. CEMEX is receiving three truckloads per day.
