Famous Argentinean photographer Daniel Mordzinski's photos go on display at the open- air photo gallery at Santo Domingo's Independence Park starting Thursday, 15 April at 6pm. The exhibition is being held as part of events for the 13th Santo Domingo International Book Fair. Some 140 large format photographs will be on display featuring several Dominican authors and unpublished photos of great Spanish-language authors. Mordzinski is known for having photographed some of the great Latin American authors over the past 30 years. He has worked as a correspondent for El Pais newspaper and has held over 200 exhibitions in Europe and Latin America. His works include photographs of Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Mario Vargas Llosa and Jorge Luis Borges. The book fair is sponsored by the Ministry of Culture.
