In his second leg of tour to USA and Brasil Dr. Manmohan Singh, the prime Minister of India who arrived here at the Brasilia Airbase on Wednesday was accorded a rousing welcome. Dr. Singh was here to attend for the fourth India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) and the Brazil, Russia, India, China (BRIC) summits to be held on April 15 and April 16 respectively.
