The next hearing in the First Collegiate Court of the National District which is trying the case involving the fraudulent collapse of Banco Intercontinental (BANINTER) will take place at 10:00 am today. Judges Antonio Sanchez Mejia, Pilar Rufino Diaz and Giselle Mendez are responsible for hearing the case against Ramon Baez Figueroa, Marcos Baez Cocco, Vivian Lubrano de Castillo, Luis Alvarez Renta and Jesus Troncoso Ferrua, who stand accused of a fraud which has cost the government and Dominican taxpayers over RD$55 billion, as reported by Diario Libre.
