Beach, Booze, Cigars, and Broads ?

Hey Gents,

Where's the best place on the beach both day and night to relax, drink, and eyeball chica's. I'm not much of a club crawler, and forsee myself doing a lot of laid back lounging, while waiting for some hot ebony chicas to breeze in...

I'll be staying at the El Neptuno, which I'm told is not the most Chica friendly, but they tolerate those that are low key and discreet, anyways how far is El Neptuno from the beach ?

nighttime on the beach... doesnt happen.

beach pretty much closes up at dark.

for nighttime, just post up at any bar. sit back and relax. you dont have to do the "club" scene.

If you like semi cold beer, Herman's is your spot. Just a little furthur down is the Scandanavian Bar. Tom is your gracious host with very cold beer, maybe the cleanest bathroom of any bar on the beach and several tables, both picnic style and round plastic kind, for sitting down and watching the scene. Also, great food. His burger is the best I've had in Sosua. I have spent many of my afternoons hanging out there. And the chicas all walk past coming and going.

El Neptuno is right around the corner from the beach. Literally less than a five minute walk. I used to stay there when I couldn't get a villa. But the lady I used to rent from sold all of her units in the complex.

I DO like those Picnic Tables, very Sturdy ... Makes for a nice view as you said. Didnt know they had the ICE COLD beer. this is a HUGE selling point as well ,for me anyway....

Are you renting your unit in El Neptuno? And if so, who are you renting from? I used to really like staying there. Far enough away from the strip to be noise-free, but close enough to be within walking distance.

And I never had a problem bringing chicas back, as my wingmen and I aren't the loud boisterous type.

A good spot at night i would reccomend, is the "so-called" sports bar across the street from merengue/classico on the corner. Always a cool spot to chill and keep off the hustle path , but still in the mix... also... Rumba...just depends on your tolerance level for the volume....enjoy...

buy your cigars from the humidor at the corner bar on the main street, Pedro Clisante, and Dr. Rosen, opposite of where Harrison Jewellers is. excellent selection and good prices. Alternatively they also have a very good selection and prices at super super, the liquor store 2 blocks further east, away fro the beach. It's also the best place in town to buy booze.

Tom's is great and Herman's has a loyal clientèle :wink:;) but my favourite place is Jungle Juiced, #147 on the beach.
