Police agents assigned to the Central Intelligence Crimes Department (Dintel) have arrested a well-known forger of United States visas who was being actively pursued for having scammed dozens of people. The Police said that Wilfredo Reynoso Minier was arrested in Santiago at 2:15pm yesterday when he appeared at Amaro Motors on the Santiago-Navarrete highway. The Police said that Reynoso Minier was a member of a network of visa forgers and that he also worked with Wilfredo Eloy who was arrested and is in jail in Mao, Valverde. Reynoso Minier will be taken to Mao for arraignment after US Embassy officials provide more details and evidence.
