The Ministry of Education announces it is inviting Dominican nationals to apply for scholarships at the Centro de Estudios Financieros, Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, Universidad de Nebrija, Universitat Empresa de les Illes Balears, Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya and Instituto Empresa in Spain. Most of the scholarships provide full tuition and a living stipend. Applicants need to be under 40 years of age.
