Former Navy captain Jesus Sanchez Pina and Augusto Daneris Andujar turned themselves in to the authorities yesterday, in compliance with a court order. They are two of four men for whom a judge revoked a release order and who need to return to jail while the case is heard. The others are Girson Antonio Gonzalez and Orin Clinton Gomez. The Paya killings, which took place on 4 August 2008, are attributed to drug gang dispute over a 1,300-kilo cocaine shipment from Colombia. Neither the cocaine nor the money involved was ever recovered. Nicaraguan citizen Orin Clinton Gomez was the only survivor of the massacre in which six men were killed.
