The Consumer Price Index increased by 0.36% in April compared to March, according to the Central Bank. The inflation rate for April reflects a 0.96% increase in transport costs. The Central Bank says that accumulated inflation for the first quarter of the year is now at 2.69%. The Bank expects the year to end within the estimated range of 6-7% inflation.
