The Dominican Republic lost 7-1 to the Cuban baseball team during the XX Central American and Caribbean Games taking place in Cartagena, Colombia. Mexico won the bronze medal. Jose Arias (84 kilograms) won another gold for the DR in wrestling. On Monday, Dominican athletes reaped seven medals, and the DR continues in 6th place in the games standing.
