The Las Americas Institute of Technology (ITLA) received its ISO 9000 certification to the year 2001 standard. The certification focused on processed to be followed for compliance with international quality standards for education provided at the university. The high standards place the university in a position to compete globally and be able to attract students domestically and from abroad.
