The Central Electoral Board (JCE) Disputes Chamber was still at work at midnight last night, and they sent 35 challenges to several local election boards. These challenges were from several political entities, mainly the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRD). This decision was taken because these cases had not been correctly processed in the first place, according to the report.

The Disputes Chamber did take into consideration another 17 cases of challenges and plans to hold a public hearing on Wednesday to listen to those involved in the cases.
