The National Drug Control Department (DNCD) has announced the substitution of their long-time spokesperson Roberto Lebron. In what many consider a very sudden move, Lebron is being replaced by Police Colonel Ramon Arcide Rodriguez Veras.
As of now, no new post has been ascribed to Lebron. However, it is suggested in El Caribe that he will be assigned to consultant work at the department.
