The directors of Multimedios del Caribe and journalist Nuria Piera announced last night that the television show "Especial de Nuria, Investigacion Periodistica" could be watched by the public at 8pm on CDN starting 7 June.
The news was made public during a cocktail reception hosted by the executives of Multimedios del Caribe, its president Felix Garcia and vice-president Manuel Estrella, together with director Osvaldo Santana and general manager Juan Cohen. "This alliance will be a winner and will strengthen both organizations. We believe we can add value to Nuria, because we are a communication platform and one for production of content, and she has the sense of investigation that we are lacking and that complements us," he said.
Nuria, in her comments, thanked Multimedia for the opportunity to use their technological platforms for her investigative journalism.
Public Works Minister Victor Diaz Rua, State Electricity Corporation (CDEEE) head Celso Marranzini, Foundation for Institutionalism and Justice (FINJUS) head Servio Tulio Castanos Guzman, Santiago senator Francisco Dominguez Brito and Chamber of Deputies head Julio Cesar Valentin were in attendance, together with many other dignitaries.
