Marcos Pena Rodriguez of the Jimenez Cruz Pena law firm is the new president of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Dominican Republic (2010-2012). Other members of the board are Pedro Rosario, Jose Demetrio Almonte, Armand Toonen, Ivan Perez, Mario Suazo, Miguel Angel Santana, Jose Rodriguez, Guillermo Alvarez and Alex Baez. United Kingdom Ambassador Steven Fisher is the honorary president. Pena is a founding partner of the Jimenez Cruz Pena law firm and a graduate of UNPHU law school, King's College (University of London), England, Master of Law (LL.M), Chevening Scholar, 1994. He formerly worked at the Steel Hector & Davis and Russin, Vecchi & Heredia Bonetti law firms.
