Nationalized Dominican table tennis players, Wu Xie and Lian Quian won two gold for the Dominican Republic in the XX Central American and Caribbean Games taking place in Cartagena, Colombia. The DR continues in 6th place, with 60 medals, including 14 gold, 18 silver and 28 bronze. Dominican Greece Olympics gold medalist, Felix Sanchez has still not recovered from his injuries, and placed 4th in the 400 hurdles event.
