Police chief returns

Police chief Major General Rafael Guillermo Guzman Fermin returned from his two-day visit to Puerto Rico on Saturday. Upon his return, he visited President Leonel Fernandez at the Presidential Palace. He had traveled to Puerto Rico with Major General Rolando Rosado Mateo, head of the National Drug Control Department, and assistant prosecutor general Frank Soto. Reportedly, during their stay in PR the delegation met with Puerto Rico Governor Luis Fortuno, the president of the Puerto Rican Senate Thomas Rivera Schatz and Police Superintendent Jose Figueroa Sancha.
