International Art Fair FIART 2010 takes place at the Palace of Fine Arts (Bellas Artes) this coming 31 August to 5 September. This year's fair will honor Carlos Cruz Diez of Panama and eminent Dominican painter Guillo Perez. The curator is Abil Peralta. Marcos Lora Read and Cuban artist Carlos Quintana will present a "One Man Show" on the first floor of the exhibition hall. An exhibition of large sculptures, Giants in the City, is presented by artist and curator Alejandro Mendoza.
