The president of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE) Miguel Roig Alfaro has expressed his concern at the decisions adopted by the recently held Council of Government that ordered a 20% budget cut for all ministries and government institutions in order to cover the deficit payments to the electricity generators. The ANJE president said that, "if the government had controlled its expenditures during the first half of the year, it would have produced surpluses with which to cover these deficits....". He said that the country would never develop unless at least a minimum amount of resources is directed at tackling all the deficiencies in the education and health systems.
