There is another Casino in POP. It's located near Crystals in the Lon Beach Park section of POP. Long Beach was Dominican Billys' hangout. It's inside of what was called the Puerto Plata Brach Resort back in the day. The spot looks as if it needs a little business. Appears that tourism is dead in this once vibrant area.
