Eric Christopher, son of murdered Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation (IDAC) official Angel Christopher Martinez commemorated the fourth year of the death of his father by criticizing the silence surrounding the case on from the Prosecutor General and the Police. Christopher said that investigations so far have been "incongruent, empty, selective and plagued by errors, and subject to exclusively benefit powerful dark interests" behind his father's death. Christopher was murdered in 2006 in what the family has described as a job-related incident. His son called for President Leonel Fernandez to put an end to what he describes as "dramatic impunity."
