Ivy Queen, Vakero, Milka, Mozart la Para, Julian Oro Duro, Cherito, Sexappeal and El Mambo de Juliana are getting together for the "Desborde Monumental" concert in Santiago, a warm-up for the Presidente Latin Music Festival set for 27-29 August. The concert starts at 6pm in the parking area of the Santiago Monument.
