Interim director at DGII

President Leonel Fernandez has appointed the deputy director of the Tax Department (DGII) Germania Montas Yapur to lead the department. The head of the department, Juan Hernandez is hospitalized in Boston. Montas had been in charge of the Department of Operations and Technology. She will stand in as interim director general in Hernandez's absence.
