A tropical wave over the central Caribbean along 71W S of 21N moving W is bringing scattered moderate convection along the southern coasts of the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Puerto Rico. Weather forecasters also say that an area of disturbed weather that is over the Leeward Islands, Puerto Rico and the DR and Haiti is bringing heavy rainfall and gusty winds for the next couple of days.
