Dominican lawyer-turned archaeologist, Kathleen Martinez will tell her story and report on the advances made in the quest for the tomb of Cleopatra and Marc Antony in Egypt in a two-day conference at the Museum of Dominican Man. The efforts to locate the tombs are said to be only comparable to the search for the tomb of Tutankamon, the most famous of Egyptian pharaohs. Arch. Cristian Martinez, director of the Museum of Modern Man, said the talks are set for 6pm on Wednesday, 28 July with a 45-minute multimedia presentation by the archaeologist on her discoveries. On the next day, she will speak about the magic and mysteries of the kingdom of the pharaohs. Martinez is recognized for her efforts as part of the team of Zahi Hawass to find the tombs in Egypt.
