I went to grab a bite at a restaurant (in El Conde) called "Grand's Cafeteria and Bar".

I did not like my sandwich and the food took forever to come (30 minutes).

Next time, I will try a different dish.

Do I recommend it? Based on this one experience, "No". But to each his own.

Everytime I pass by this restaurant, it is crowded. Oh well.

That place is Paco's. . .or at least it was for years! Did they change their name? years ago that place was killer to meet non pros and semi pros. Just sit and people watch. . .if ya made eye contact. . .call her over. . . .

Their business card read as "Grand's Cafeteria and Bar".

All restaurants and chicas change too often. LOL

The food and service was pretty good.

You can see a lot of cute girls walk by while you are enjoying your meal.
