New commission for Colonial City

By Presidential Decree 635-05, Santo Domingo Mayor Roberto Salcedo, Economy & Planning Minister Temistocles Montas and Culture Minister Jose Rafael Lantigua were appointed to a new commission that will oversee the enhancement of the touristic attractions of Colonial City of Santo Domingo. Montas explained the commission would develop projects to preserve and promote the historical center of the city.
