Gold in taekwondo

The Dominican team at the Mayaguez 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games won three gold medals in taekwondo yesterday, for a total of 123 medals, including 28 gold. The gold medalists were Richard Alcantara in the 87kg division, Jairo Rijo in 63kg, and Deysy Montes de Oca in 73kg women. In sailing, Raul Aguayo won silver in laser. In archery, Paris Goico, Jose Yunen and Modesto Betances won the bronze medal, and in tennis, Jose Hernandez and Chandra Capozzi won the bronze.
