A Dominican film, Tropico de Sangre, opens the International Festival of Fine Arts Movies set for 26 August to 1 September at the new Novocentro Mall on Lope de Vega Avenue in Santo Domingo. For the festival, 21 productions that have won awards at international film festivals will be screened. They include: Por tu culpa, Dos hermanos, Musica en espera, Tetro, Del amor y otros demonios, Rabia, Tres dias con la familia, Celda 211, El mal ajeno, Agora, Petit Nicolas, La chica de Monaco, Nobody Knows about Persian Cats, Abel, Norteados, Contracorriente, Pandora's Box, My Name is Khan, Cyrus and A ojos cerrados.
