The preliminary hearing in the case against Puerto Rican drug capo Jose David Figueroa Agosto, Sobeida Felix Morel and another eight defendants implicated in the Puerto Rican's criminal network will continue today. The judge of the Second Court of Instruction for the National District, Claribel Nivar Arias, will hear a request to open the trial at 9am, formulated by the District Attorney of the National District.
