Foreign Relations Minister Carlos Morales Troncoso has informed that the delay in United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan's arrival in the Dominican Republic would not change his planned agenda for this Friday. Morales reported that technical difficulties on the airplane forced Annan to delay his visit to Haiti for several hours. Annan's visit has been delayed by one day.
