If you are going to try the Viagra, be careful because they sell it in the 100mg dose. The recommended starting dose is 25mg.

I have only used the meds in the DR and found that the 100mg is too strong for me.

Now I only use a 1/2 tablet as needed (like when I try to sneak in the 3-4 chica of the day).

For me, the ocasional afternoon or night off seems to work just as good as any med.

Cialis and LaPela are divine!! I've also had occasional blood pressure issues (nothing major or long lasting) over the years and can safely recommend those two. Never liked Viagra.

You can also get the viagra chewables at any pharmacia in Santiago. I bought a bunch there for one of my buddies stateside. I don't use them often myself. But when I do, I actually prefer the generic viagra (sildenafil) chewables because they hit your system like 5 minutes after you take them. So they're perfect for spur of the moment situations.;)

Mambo is used by more Dominicans then any other drug. I've found very little side effects other then delaying leche:bigthumbup: Effective for 36 hrs mas o menos.
In Sousa you can purchase in RX next to the Metro station,next to Bon Ice Cream and the RX next to the small Playaro. It's in a white pack for approx 40 pesos each. .

My experience has been Cialis and strictly that. Thought about Viagra, but never went through with it. I bought some vitamin C on the first trip and each after that and it worked great. I can't comment on the generic stuff though. A little bit of extra dinero to get it was the way I wanted to roll the first time. Didn't want to take any chances.

All the farmacia's sell it. I personally took a 20 mg tablet every day a little after lunch. It was cool. I definitely didn't walk around with straight up all the time, but when called upon there are no issues. The only side effect I had was some back pains/ cramps at times. My fault though because I probably only needed one every 36 to 48 hrs. Either way, an added benefit is having longevity while doing the deed. I think it's almost impossible to be a "minute man" with it.

Something else to consider that I learned from this site is zinc. I think it was Jimbo that mentioned it somewhere before, but get some and take 500 to 1000 mg every day or so and you will definitely notice a difference in the quantity!
