Former prosecutor Guillermo Moreno says that the Department for the Prevention of Corruption should be closed down and corruption cases investigated by the Prosecutor General office. He said that recent statements by DPCA director Hotoniel Bonilla demonstrate that the entity is dormant. "By closing it at least we reduce the cost to the government," he said.
