How's the weather in Sosua at night in the month of March?

How would you describe it temperature wise.

I went this past march and wore short sleeve both day and night in sosua. Daytime was hot and night 70's from what I remember.

i have always thought of the DR having two seasons.

HOT

and HOTTER

Ralphie there are times that weather gets very cool at night, and thats my main concern.

Just trying to figure out what to bring.

that really depends on where you are from and what weather you are used to.

when we canadadians go south in the winter we are wearing shorts and tees and the locals are wearing coats and sweaters. so if you are from the north it won't be cool for you but if you are from the southern usa it will may cooll at night for you

i understand that, but, cool to them is still nice to us northerners.

i think the weather is perfect in the winter, cool nights and wear shorts all week long. coming from a northern climate, i typ will have a fleece or something that i left the states wearing and that is more than enough for anything encountered weather wise except for rain.

for rain, if need be, i pack a plastic bag i toss dirty clothes in, can always punch a head and arm holes for a makeshift poncho, need be

go google the weather avg. for sosua, you will find it is hot there and it gets hotter

it will be nice and warm/hot for you unless your near the beach
