Cousins beheaded

Two 21-year old cousins, Vladimir Paulino Consuegra and Marcos Figueroa Ferreira, were reportedly beheaded on the San Cristobal highway on Saturday, in a murder committed by killers contracted by drug traffickers, according to the father of one of the victims. Luis Santiago Paulino said that his son sold drugs and was a member of a gang that clashed with another, resulting in the deaths of the two cousins, as reported in Listin Diario. Figueroa Ferrera had residency in the US but lived with his mother at Calle Rigoberto Angel Garcia, in Ensanche Quisqueya. Paulino Consuela lived at Calle Respaldo Maria Nazaret in Los Guandules. Both youths went out on Friday afternoon, never again to be seen alive by their relatives, as reported in Listin Diario. The forensic report indicated that both youths were killed by bullets to the back of their heads and were beheaded after death. Their hands were also amputated and appeared incinerated some 2kms away from the bodies.
