A recent photograph published by 7dias.com.do shows Jose David Figueroa Agosto, described by the US Marshal service as the Pablo Escobar of the Caribbean, with a new face. Figueroa is in jail for murder in Puerto Rico, after having lived in the DR until 2009 after escaping from a Puerto Rican high security jail in 1999.

The service speculates that the new photograph taken in September is a real one, without the use of botox.
