Senior officers arrested in Santiago drug bust

The president of the National Drug Control Department (DNCD), Major General Rolando Rosado Mateo says that several security agents at Santiago's international airport have been arrested and will be sent to trial on charges of complicity in the smuggling of more than 1,000 kilos of cocaine in approximately eight trips to Miami, Florida. According to Rosado, senior offices are involved.
