Caribbean Storms May Become Cyclone, Head to Florida

Sept. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Caribbean thunderstorms and clouds south of Cuba are becoming more likely to develop into a tropical cyclone within two days, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
