Daniel Cuervo is the first Dominican to qualify for competition in the pro category of the Skate Park Association USA Association of Skateparks. Cuervo placed eighth in the Tim Brauch Memorial Bowl Contest held 2-3 October, in San Jose, California. In his qualifying competition, Daniel made eighth place in the Pro Bowl category of 30+ competitors. He is optimistic with the placement that launches his career as a pro skateboarder. His next competition will be in November in Texas. As a pro, he plans to travel the world competing in skateboard in the World Cup of Skateboarding.
