Start the evening early with a visit to the Museo de las Casas Reales at Calle Las Damas to see the exhibition "History of Chocolate in the Dominican Republic," a retrospective of 75 years of the Casa Munne. The Museum is open till 5pm. Then don't miss the performance of the Youth Orchestra of the Americas. Take note that Placido Domingo is the artistic advisor to this talented group of musicians from the Americas. The performance is free at the Plaza de Espana off Calle Las Damas and in front of the Alcazar. Those fortunate few can partake in the gala dinner of the World Sommelier Contest.
