David Bisbal is the big name in town this weekend. On his "Not Looking Back Tour 2010," the Spanish singing star is booked for performances at the Gran Arena del Cibao in Santiago on Friday, 22 October and at the National Theater in Santo Domingo on Saturday, 23 October. Bisbal's Waving a Flag was the official song of the Soccer World Cup Finals in summer 2010.
