The Chamber of Commerce and Production in Santiago de los Caballeros has a new board of directors. The new leadership is headed by Maria Victoria Menicucci Mella, who promised to keep working for the wellbeing of the nation. Joining Menicucci on the board are Wilfredo de Aguiar Suarez and Marco Cabral Franco as first and second vice-presidents and they are joined by Juan Manuel Urena, Raquel Pena de Antuna, Rafael Mera and Nelson Hahn. The Santiago Chamber of Commerce and Production is nearly 100 years old and is the leading representative of the largest business community in the Cibao Valley. It plays a role in the development strategy of the community as well as helping with the development and training of young entrepreneurs.
