The United States Embassy has explained the visa situation of outgoing National Investigations Department Director, Major General Luis Damian Castro Cruz. A note from the embassy explains that the Consular Section files "show that Major General Luis Damian Castro Cruz, Director of the National Investigations Department, has not been interviewed recently to obtain a non-immigrant visa (B1/B2)".
